InTelestage v.8:
Powerful new capability for prepaid marketers

Business Logic Systems has introduced a major software upgrade to InTelestage, our market-leading modular product suite which empowers mobile operator’s marketing teams to proactively manage the prepaid subscriber base in real-time.

InTelestage customers already have the most powerful capability available today to address the key performance indicators that underpin prepaid revenue growth: to activate the base, stimulate top-ups and service usage, reward loyalty and extend customer lifetime value.

With the enhancements to a number of the core modules, the new release offers greater performance, comprehensive new functionality, more powerful customer profiling and segmentation tools, to turbo-charge your prepaid marketing capability with automated end-to-end campaigns, processing millions of customer events, across multiple subscriber micro segments.

New InTelestage solutions will ship with this capability and existing customers can discuss upgrade options with their InTelestage account manager.

01. Knowledge Base v.8.1
We have significantly improved the performance of Knowledge Base, the only Prepaid Marketing Engine specifically designed to turn huge volumes of prepaid data records into a monetisable asset for mobile operators. Our enhanced module delivers:
  • Improved performance: data loading speeds are now 30% faster using existing hardware; connect to multiple data sources and load millions of subscriber events at speeds that generic data warehouse systems simply cannot match
  • New aggregates for on-net and off-net service usage, including calls, SMS and MMS; identify your most profitable subscribers for reward-based campaigns/reward subscribers for profitable network service usage
  • New Value Added Service (VAS) data marts • marketers can now process GPRS and RBT data; stimulate usage of a variety services and enhance the value of the subscriber relationship for both parties

02. Reward Manager v.8.1
We have introduced a new Graphical User Interface for InTelestage™ Reward Manager, which enables incentive-based campaigns that automatically reward subscribers with enabled network services when pre-set criteria are met.
New GUI interface for improved management of the provisioning platform; optimise message delivery based on your infrastructure requirements
Prioritise multiple reward types: configure reward allocation for faster, more efficient delivery of rewards and enhanced customer experience

03. Marketing Manager v.8.1
We have enhanced the user interface for InTelestage™ Marketing Manager, making it even easier for marketers to run fully-automated targeted interactive marketing campaigns directly from the desk top:
  • New GUI interface allows easier management across multiple platforms
    Highly targeted campaigns are possible thanks to more flexible rules for segmentation, loyalty points and rewards
  • Synchronizations of multiple platforms for calculated views, cycle management, formula management and reward management
  • Integrates with enhanced Profiler module, new Matrix Campaigns and Approval Tree modules

04. Real-time Marketing Manager v.8.1
InTelestage™ Real-time Marketing Manager enables marketing teams within mobile operators to trigger SMS-based subscriber promotions based on real-time subscriber behaviour:
  • Real-time response to new subscriber events: marketers can now respond to use of Value Added Services in addition to top-ups
  • Improved reward allocation: reward number of recharges as well as top-up value

05. Relationship Manager v.8.1
We have improved the performance and introduced new features for InTelestage™ Relationship Manager which facilitates a two-way subscriber dialogue and opt-in/opt-out facility for campaigns via SMS or their preferred communications channel:
  • Faster delivery and opt-in process, our SMS Gateway is 30% faster
  • Manage contact policies for SMS, MMS and email
  • Multiple language options now available
  • Synchronous and asynchronous transmission

06. Lucky Draw v.8.1
New algorithms for our fully-automated incentive-based campaign tool that targets profitable user communities with prize draw promotions ensures prize draws can be processed within minutes.

07. Profiler v.8.1
We have added sophisticated new capability to InTelestage™ Profiler, our customer segmentation tool that enables mobile operators to segment subscribers by multiple criteria including: unprofitable, high value and dormant subscribers; days, weeks and months away from deactivation; top-up behaviour and VAS usage:
  • Advanced Business Analysis allows marketers to refine profiles still further by applying predefined filters to customer segments using drop-down lists.
  • Enterprise Business Analysis enables mobile operators to generate fully customised profiles using SQL Builder, a powerful and flexible profiling tool.
    Along with the enhancements to existing modules we are releasing two new modules which bring advanced profiling and automated workflow capabilities to the InTelestage suite of solutions.

InTelestage Matrix Campaigns
Our new Matrix Campaigns module complements our latest Profiler module, allowing marketers to create and manage static subscriber micro segments with advanced simulation capability to determine the optimal level of rewards for each profile.

InTelestage Approval Tree
This new module provides an automated workflow process to facilitate the approval of campaign launches and optimise speed-to-market of campaigns.
