Detect
We configure the solution to load the required data into our operational datastore. We load some data in real-time where it is vital to deliver an offer within a few minutes, alternatively we aggregate different data sources to provide all the campaign data to quickly run periodic campaigns which can run at predetermined intervals.

Decide
We create profiles of the subscriber base and then for each profile, we apply any matching rules to the configured campaigns, to determine the right dialogue to have with each subscriber.

Dialogue
InTelestage automatically triggers a campaign initiating a communication dialogue with the subscriber. The word “dialogue” is important because we initiate two-way communication. For example: We would invite a subscriber to opt-in to a campaign with an SMS which they can respond to. We would then automatically notify them of the campaign and their participation in the promotion in real-time.

Delight
InTelestage fulfils configured actions across multiple systems. An example of this is when a subscriber reaches the threshold for a bonus, we can automatically provision that reward for the subscriber and then notify them in real-time of this reward. The benefit to the subscriber is a great customer experience plus for the operator it is all totally automated.

Diagnose
Our reporting suite enables the operator to monitor performance before, during and after a campaign. The campaign data can also be used for more in depth analysis and diagnosis of trends and behaviours.
