Data Staging

In addition, our data staging tool is the only application of its type to offer pre-built interfaces to leading billing platforms to facilitate an automated two-way dialogue with subscribers. Communications Gateway Services
Business Logic offers the only Communication Gateway currently available that can manage multiple gateways, allowing mobile operators the unique opportunity to create a two-way dialogue with individual subscribers via their preferred communications channel. Relationship Manager offers interfaces with IN Platforms, SMSC and MMSC as well as Email and Call Centre gateways. Real-time Engine
Our real-time engine has been purpose-built to handle the many millions of customer events required by our product and solution set. It is capable of processing many event types including CDRs and EDRs, delivering incredibly fast timescales, maximising hardware performance.
