Technology Implementation: accelerate time-to-value

Fast to deploy, BLS installs and integrates the InTelestage™ platforms using a tried and tested, pragmatic delivery and integration methodology based on Prince2® industry standard principles. BLS works directly with your own team and your existing technology infrastructure removing the need for third party Systems Integrators. This lowers the barrier to entry and helps achieve a rapid return on investment.

Technical Support and Services: keeping you running

As a global company, Business Logic Systems provides a full-year-round (24 x 7 x 365) Technical Support Service across the globe with a Service Level Agreement to ensure you are always up and running. Support can be called upon through the BLS Customer Support Web Portal and includes:

  1. Helpdesk user support
  2. Proactive configuring and monitoring of system level alarms
  3. Remote service log-in
  4. Proactive maintenance releases in the form of Service Packs
  5. Deployment of product updates* (0.x version number)
  6. A six-monthly proactive System Health-check Service

In addition we offer a range of additional follow on technical services, such as Data Validation and Verification, which is a vital part of any CVM strategy and one of the most critical things to get right as part of your Data-Driven Marketing programme.

The Business Logic Systems Marketing Excellence Centre has been established to provide our customers with best practice, helping them to build core capabilities as part of their overall CVM strategy. We do this through a series of tailored interactions that could range from a short fixed project through to a six month Fast Start Programme or even a longer Managed Service with a revenue share model.
