Business Logic Systems’ Professional Services unit is tested in battle. We have more than 10 years’ experience of developing, delivering and integrating systems for mobile operator networks. And using this expertise, we have developed the InTelestage™ Project Delivery Process - our own best practice framework for managing customer projects.

Business Logic Systems employs the 3-6-12 rule: From date of order, it typically takes up to three months for the actual implementation, 6 months for running live campaigns, and the system will typically have paid for itself inside of 12 months.

The InTelestage™ Project Delivery methodology ensures that each project is quality assured and managed to the highest quality standards. The methodology is flexible so that a close fit with your/the/customer’s quality requirements is ensured.

Customers gain access to experts with whom they can discuss requirements well ahead of implementation, and on whom they can rely on to see the project through to effective implementation and beyond.

Training sessions give customers another opportunity to interact with an expert and hence to gain additional knowledge of the system. Continuity in knowledge transfer is assured.

A period of Operational Assurance assists customers as they go live and operational. The Business Logic Systems engineer responsible for the deployment typically remains on site during this time.


Team spirit

The BLS Project Delivery teams comprise highly skilled and professional individuals with specific roles:
  • BLS Project Managers have many years experience deploying solutions for mobile network operators and service providers worldwide. Leading the project they; ensure that the project team is engaged at the correct stages and provide overall management of the process day to day.
  • BLS Technical Leads are senior solution architects with extensive knowledge and experience of the industry and BLS products. They provide hardware and software recommendations, solution architecture details, document design functionality, and oversee development and deployment.
  • BLS Business Analysts are responsible for capturing customer requirements and, where possible, make recommendations for improvements to proposed solutions.
  • BLS Engineers are capable of carrying out a vast range of implementation and deployment activities, and are selected for the requisite skills and knowledge of specific projects. They prepare documentation for use during implementation, install systems, perform user acceptance testing, and prepare systems for live operational running. They usually deliver ‘hands-on’ operations and maintenance training to the customer’s technical team.
  • BLS Trainers ensure that customers’ allocated personnel receive appropriate structured training so that they are ready to take ownership of deployed solutions.
