InTelestage™ Voucher Manager offers highly secure end-to-end voucher management for prepaid mobile services. It supports processing and tracking of both physical and virtual vouchers, at an individual level, to combat fraud and provide a full audit trail. Voucher requests are authenticated in real time.

Voucher Manager consists of three elements: to generate, manage, and authenticate prepaid vouchers.

• Voucher Generation System is deployed for the secure generation and encryption of data used in the production and authentication of prepaid vouchers. VGS encrypts random secure numbers so that only one secure authentication key is produced for each voucher.
• Voucher Management System is the core inventory, distribution and management system for vouchers. It also provides the primary interface and data sharing between third party software such as ERP systems, financial systems and order management.
• Voucher Authentication System delivers real time authentication of voucher random secure numbers. Upon receiving a request from the prepaid platform, VAS authenticates using the secure authentication key. For some installations, this functionality can be installed on the prepaid vendor's own system.
