Relationship Manager
InTelestage™ Relationship Manager enables mobile operators to personalise marketing and communication activities with subscribers by creating a two-way dialogue. This approach delivers unprecedented levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Relationship Manager facilitates interactive, two-way dialogue with individual subscribers, in near real-time, via their preferred communications channel. It enables instantaneous updating of billing platforms and other third party systems, as soon as a customer accepts an offer, without the need for manual intervention. This approach supports true closed loop marketing.

In addition Relationship Manager supports automated trigger-based marketing based upon complex "if, then, else" scenarios using data from multiple systems. These factors make it possible to run literally hundreds of automated marketing campaigns to micro customer segments concurrently.

Campaign messages are delivered to customers via SMS/MMS or email. Pre-defined, branded templates ensure consistency of communication. Relationship Manager's user-friendly interface means that campaigns can be set up very quickly, keeping marketing costs to a minimum.

Subscribers can decide which schemes they wish to be part of, through an opt-in/opt-out facility. This feature has proven to greatly boost campaign success rates. It enables subscribers to engage actively with the operator, at the same time giving them more control over their mobile account.
