Business Logic Systems Opens Solution Centre in Malaysia, to Better Support Local Customers

Mobile network marketing specialist's Kuala Lumpur centre will help local mobile operators increase revenues through real-time customer communication

22 July 2009: Business Logic Systems, a specialist in real-time customer intelligence, marketing automation and customer loyalty solutions for mobile network operators, has increased it's investment in the Asia-Pacific market by opening a new solution centre in Malaysia. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the new centre will provide "on the ground" technical and development support to mobile network operators in the APAC region that have deployed Business Logic Systems' InTelestage suite of products.

Existing customers of Business Logic Systems in South East Asia, Australia and Pakistan will now have access to regionally based, experienced engineers who understand the Asian market. They can assist them in implementing campaigns, which help them decrease churn and drive loyalty. They will work closely with customers to ensure they get the most out of the technology and are able to experience the full benefits of the InTelestage suite of solutions.

Headed by Vicks Kanagasingam, President of Business Logic Systems, Asia Pacific, the team, will also provide input for product roadmaps and market specific customisation.
