

![]() Management Team Stewart Goldberg: Executive Chairman Stewart Goldberg has over 25 years experience in the Telecoms and Computing industries with a strong track record in building successful organisations. He joined Business Logic as Executive Chairman of Business Logic Systems in November 2004. Before that Stewart held senior positions in a number of major corporations including Nortel Networks, where his assignments included Managing Director of Nortel France and Marketing Director of Northern Telecom PLC. At DSC Communications (now part of Alcatel) he set up and grew EMEA sales operations to $100M annually. Stewart’s time in the computer industry included sales and marketing positions for Burroughs and Sperry Univac (Unisys) and ITT, where he introduced the first fully IBM compatible PC's into Europe in the early 1980's. Stewart read Computer Science & Mathematics at Edinburgh University. Email: chairman@businesslogic.co.uk Vicks Kanagasingam: President Asia Pacific Vicks has over 15 years experience in the Telecommunication & IT industry, spanning Business Development, Operations and Business Process Improvement (BPI). Since 2001 he has been President Asia Pacific at Business Logic Systems. His most recent experience before that was as Vice President of Operations in Asia Pacific for Telemedia Networks International. He also held the position of Program Manager for Logica in the Asia Pacific Region and was one of the pioneer employees of Maxis Communications, as a Senior Engineer actively involved in the launch of its Mobile & Fixed services in 1995. Prior to that he was a QA Engineer with Motorola in the manufacturing sector, specialising in Quality Systems, Six Sigma and Process Management. He is a member of CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) in UK, PMI (Project Management Institute) Inc., IET (Institute of Engineering & Technology) in UK and IEEE (Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers) in USA. A qualified professional engineer from University of Leicester in UK, with a BEng (Hons) in Electrical & Electronics. In his final year, he won the National Westminster Bank Award as an Outstanding Graduate Engineer, awarded for skills in entrepreneurship and leadership. Email: asiapacific@businesslogic.co.uk Bob Shepherd: Interim Chief Financial Officer Bob Shepherd has more than 25 years of experience as a successful business manager who has applied his extensive financial background to commercial, operational and marketing aspects of business. Bob has empathy and hands-on experience with small and larger business cultures from start-up to growth and development. Having worked in diverse business sectors, he is able to apply knowledge and experience across mixed disciplines and levels of management. Prior to joining Business Logic Systems Bob has held posts with private equity advisors, Beer & Partners, as well as the London BIC (Business Innovation Centre), with which he has been instrumental in bringing embryonic businesses to market, developing marketing strategies, appropriate funding requirements and management assessment. Email: cfo@businesslogic.co.uk Adrian Radulescu: Chief Technical Officer Adrian Radulescu leads a team of engineers responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling software development projects within the company. Prior to Business Logic Systems Adrian was Assistant Professor at Oradea University (involved in Medical Computer Technology and Database Design and Implementation) and Senior research fellow for Multimedia Medical Databases (involving programming and database design) at Romania's Institute for Computer Technology. Adrian has a PhD title in IT, gained at the Babes Bolyai University, one of Romania’s most prestigious academic institutions, with the thesis ‘Distributed Databases on Heterogeneous Platforms.’ Email: cto@businesslogic.co.uk Jens Ole Schwarz-Nielsen: Chief Operating Officer Jens has a wide-ranging background in IT development for mobile networks. He has held both technical and commercial management positions with a number of network operators and vendors. He worked for Motorola in France & Germany and was a member of the Board of Computer Answers, running an international organisation with staff in Europe, Australia and South Africa. Jens has also worked for Cerrillion, Teljoy, Vodacom and Vodac. With college majors in Sociology and Political Economy, Jens continues his education, studying part-time for a MA in Medieval History. Shaun joined Business Logic Systems in 2007, from Orange, where he held the role of Marketing Director for Business Solutions and then went on to run the £500M business selling to Small medium business in the UK. Prior to this, he was part of the Executive team that led Microsoft UK growth from £10M to £1B over 13 years. During his time at Microsoft he held a wide variety of marketing roles including Director of Corporate Marketing, Director of Customer Marketing, Director of Marketing Services and Strategic Marketing Manager. Shaun was appointed to the NSPCC Corporate Development Board in February 2001 helping them raise £5M for their Full Stop campaign. He previously worked with a number of companies focussed on providing solutions to fixed and mobile operators, including Billing Software Solutions; Graphical Information Systems; Service Delivery Platforms and Mobile Device Management solutions. His most recent career was with HP, where he held various positions including Vodafone UK Account Director, H3G Global Account Director, UK Telecoms Business Manager and EMEA Business Development Director. He specialises in realising and ensuring that IT makes a substantial contribution to the bottom line of businesses. He is a seasoned expert in large-scale project management. Over the past twenty years Albert has held executive positions in venture capital firms and in fast-growing software and ICT companies in the business-to-business sector and the financial service industry. Stewart Goldberg: Executive Chairman William Wallis Will is an Investment Director and Head of Legal and Business Affairs of a number of venture investment vehicles and trading companies owned by Sir Peter Michael, the co-founder of Classic FM radio station and a successful internet entrepreneur. Will regularly takes the lead on venture and corporate finance deals. In addition to Business Logic Systems Limited, he is currently non-executive director and/or investor representative of STWS Limited, Neverfail Group Limited, Virtual Music Stores Limited and Formic Limited. Robert Wolsey: Founder /Architect Working as a freelance technical architect for many years in the mobile telecoms industry has given Robert a strong background in large-scale product development and an industry reputation for designing innovative software products. Robert has designed many large-scale CRM solutions for international mobile operators, including Vodafone, and has extensive experience managing internal and external customers. He has held management and executive positions in a number of software companies in a career spanning twenty years.
