Richard Lewis Chief Executive Officer

With over 25 years experience in international business expansion in the telecoms and technology space, Richard can spot and realise business opportunities from continents away. With an eye for growth potential, Richard nurtured a business in the telecoms Customer Care & Billing space from inception until it flourished as one of the world’s largest providers of CCBS to mobile operators, augmenting the company’s revenues from £3m to £20m in just four years. In 2009 Richard joined the team as Chief Sales Officer for the EMEA region focusing on growing the company’s customer base in Africa, the Middle East, and Central & Eastern Europe, before extending his remit with responsibility for BLS' entire Global Sales Operation.

Richard was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in February 2016.

Alex Ford Director of Customer Value Management

Alex is a highly experienced expert in telecoms CVM transformation, and has implemented change up to board level in many operators, including six years in Asia in leadership roles in technology and marketing. At Everything Everywhere in the UK he built a world leading 121 CVM capability. His experience includes a range of operational and consultancy roles in Asia, Africa, Europe and the US, in both sophisticated postpaid operations and in developing prepaid markets. In addition to this he has worked in a range of other sectors, including airline, banking and the automotive industries. Although he has implemented change across all aspects of data-driven customer contact, he has specialised in optimising next best action for each customer, and particularly in ensuring that technology investment is matched by a capable operating model.  Alex emphasises achieving business results driven by customer insight, and is sensitive to the operational day-to-day pressures that transformation programmes must account for.  He brings a very strong mix of execution expertise and a broad range of management skills, having directed teams of all sizes and capability.

Adrian Radulescu Chief Technology Strategy Officer

Adi, has been shaping the IT Industry for the past 20 years through his pioneering work in communications technology Research & Development faculties. He first joined Business Logic Systems as Chief Technology Officer, leading a team of engineers with responsibility for planning, monitoring and controlling software development projects within the Company. In 2012, Adi was appointed Chief Technology Strategy Officer, with ultimate accountability for Business Logic Systems’ technology architecture, technical roadmap, and R&D. Championing our technical thought leadership in the Data-Driven Campaign & Loyalty Management technology space, Adi works closely with technical partners and infrastructure suppliers, as well as our customers across the globe.

Having worked in a range of Finance roles for technology and manufacturing companies, Denise joined Business Logic Systems in 2011. Responsible for Financial Strategy, Denise also oversees all HR, Legal and Commercial matters across the company’s offices in Malaysia, South Africa, Romania and the UK. Denise is passionate about technology and the effect it can have on “the man on the street” and enjoys the challenges associated with bringing new products or services to market.

Tim Yates Chairman

Tim Yates joined Business Logic Systems as CEO in November 2009 - bringing with him extensive experience and achievements in Mobile Telecommunications and in branded FMCG domestic and international companies. Tim has held senior marketing, commercial, and board level positions at Faberge, Gillette, Braun, Boots, Guinness, T- Mobile, Vodafone Ireland, and Vodafone UK. Whilst at T-Mobile he was responsible for negotiating the UK's first MVNO agreement with the Virgin Group, and as Director of the UK Consumer business unit at Vodafone, Tim lead the turnaround of this £3 billion division.

William Wallis Board Director

Will is an Investment Director and Head of Legal and Business Affairs of a number of venture investment vehicles and trading companies owned or managed by Sir Peter Michael’s private family office. John von Benecke Board Advisor

Highly experienced in his field, John has worked for large blue chip international companies, as well as small fast growing Venture Capital backed companies in the healthcare and MedTech industry. Prior to joining Business Logic Systems as CFO in September 2011, John was the CFO of ApaTech, a Venture Capital backed SME that grew internationally and ultimately delivered a successful sale to Baxter Healthcare for $330m. Later, as CFO for Cellnovo, a pre-revenue mobile-health company, John led a successful £30.4m fund-raising round. Passionate about helping high growth companies to deliver on the promise that their technology offers, John was appointed as a Board Advisor in May 2014.
