The software development team in the Cluj-Napoca Solution Centre produced several OEM solutions as well as developing the foundations of our own InTelestage™ suite.
Over the next 20 years, this strong foundation led to the development of industry-leading platforms that enabled the customers and partners of BLS around the world, to design and execute automated Customer Value Management initiatives. Through the Marketing Excellence Centre, and industry expertise, BLS have also helped its customers to generate and measure incremental revenue by maximising the asset of their data through intelligent, analytically-driven personalised treatments, offers, lifecycle campaign programmes and large scale loyalty programmes.

On July 3rd 2017, Business Logic Systems was acquired by Evolving Systems Inc (NASDAQ: EVOL), a leading provider of software and services for connected mobile devices to over 75 network operators in over 50 countries worldwide. The Company's portfolio includes market-leading solutions and services for consumer lifecycle engagement (acquisition, activation, upsell, retention) analytics and monetization. Founded in 1985, the Company has headquarters in Englewood, Colorado, with offices in the United States, United Kingdom, India, Malaysia and Romania.
