Tim Yates joined Business Logic Systems as CEO in November 2009 - bringing with him extensive experience and achievements in Mobile Telecommunications and in branded FMCG domestic and international companies. Tim has held senior marketing, commercial, and board level positions at Faberge, Gillette, Braun, Boots, Guinness, T- Mobile, Vodafone Ireland, and Vodafone UK. His 30 year career history has seen many turnaround financial and market share achievements on a domestic and international basis. Whilst at T-Mobile he was responsible for negotiating the UK's first MVNO agreement with the Virgin Group.

As Director of the UK Consumer business unit at Vodafone Tim lead the turnaround of the £3 billion division. Tim was also on the Judging Panel for the 2010 Global Mobile Awards.

In his spare time Tim admits to being a Rugby fanatic, and a keen supporter of Reading football club and his two children's numerous sporting activities. He is also a PADI qualified Advanced Diver and ran 3 Marathons last year in aid of the charity Shelter.

Tim’s vision for Business Logic Systems is to continue to strengthen the company’s partnership philosophy and work closely with CSPs, platform providers, and developers to share best global industry practice and support effective knowledge transfer. Employing some of the best people in the business and taking pride in Business Logic Systems’ development capability, Tim delights in creating new opportunities for customers, challenging received wisdom, and going far beyond what is currently possible.
