- Data is loaded into Knowledge Base Plus from multiple sources across the full communications spectrum
- Data is aggregated locally, linking corresponding MSISDNs to a unique Account ID, which can be used as the Key Identifier for the customer
- Where MSISDN data is linked with account data for post paid accounts, an additional InTelestage account identifier is created to achieve a single view of the customer across multiple services.
This single, holistic view of the customer as a ‘Person’ enables marketers to offer rewards across multiple different service types to the same customer based on consolidated usage of all services.
